Pros and cons of Baby Flash Cards : 500+ Words app for iPhone and iPad

Baby Flash Cards : 500+ Words app good for

Fun app and free! One problem, in Question Mode for numbers and letters the answer is given on the top of the page!
Fun app! My baby is still 15 months ild but has great laughs with the pictures and sound effects.
My daughter always asks to play! She is learning a lot! But I do have a couple suggestions to make it better. First the ads are poorly placed at the bottom and my 3 year old frequently presses the ad instead of Next or Previous. This is very annoying - if it was at the top this wouldnt happen! Also, if there was a category for lower case letters that would be awesome! Those are the only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 - otherwise great app!
Its a good app, but please move the advertisements at the bottom of the page away from the "next" and "previous" buttons. My toddler always accidentally hits the ads. Its very frustrating for him.
The best app for kids when being out and calm them down like a drug :)
very educational . i strongly recommend to everyone. it would be the best if it had applaud whenever kids answer correctly.

Some bad moments

Our baby daughter used to be able to swipe across the pictures to get to the next picture. They changed that to "previous/next" buttons placed directly above the advertisements. A baby is going to have a hard time clicking those buttons (and no, they dont always want the parent to do it for them). For our two-year old daughter, she finally figured out the buttons, but sometimes she clicks the ads. For the free version of this application, I have some sympathy for them trying to increase revenue, but doing so by making an application for babies harder for a baby to use? Whats even worse is that now the advertisement our daughter is clicking is dialing a phone number for an adult-oriented "prank phone call" service and its charging us for these phone calls! Weve discovered that our daughter has accidentally called this number more than once. Deliberately bad design combined with an horrifying advertisement means we will not be paying for the full-version of this application. We had no idea that ads on our phone could dial phone numbers, much less premium phone numbers, much less adult-oriented premium phone numbers. Its upsetting that Apple would allow this and its even worse that the deliberately bad application design on an app targeting babies leads to this. Im a very unhappy mama.
Its ok. Some of the pictures are pretty lame in that its not clear what the pic is. Demonstrating. In colour tab brown is off.
I was not very impressed, especially with the pictures for the topics like body parts, I felt a lot of them were inappropriate for young children. The alphabet and numbers are good but was very disappointed with all other sections. I would not suggest this one to my friends.
Spelling errors, poor overall design, inconsistent audio (some have a sound, others dont). The Id rather pay, then have a bad free version. Try a different one.
App is the best but commercials are too distracting and lead kids to other pages
Need to take the advertisement off every time my child uses it she hits the adds. Pretty annoying trying to entertain her and having to go back tot he app
